PT or FT Team Leader

This job includes being over a small team of tutors and assigned students.
You will do the following:
-Coordinate scheduling of tutor requests
-Provide tutor support
-Provide parent support
-Follow up on tutoring and customers to meet quota of tutoring hours completion
-Complete marketing tasks to attract new customers

This position includes: mostly emailing but some voice (talking on the phone) may be needed when parents or school admin want to speak to you

We provide bonuses for exceeding your minimum team quota.
