*** Purpose - What do I want to accomplish?
To create memorable FB and IG ads for our clients.
Ads are created for our clients, from their sources, approved by them, and scheduled at least 4 weeks in advance. We get weekly reports on: what ads ran, what ads are running, what ads are scheduled.
*** Importance - What's the biggest difference this will make?
- Ads are always running for clients
- We can bring on more clients, because ad creation & scheduling is now structured
- When we grow, we can do cooler ads & ads on more platforms.
- When we do cooler ads & ads on more platforms, our clients are happier and stay longer
*** Ideal Outcome - What does the result look like?
- Ads are created in batches and approved at least 4 weeks before they are scheduled to run
- Client is sent preview to approve
- Ads are scheduled to run for 1 week
- Me & Client gets list of ads that ran, is running, is scheduled to run
*** Best Case Result of Us Working Together: You and your team are loving the creativity that you can use to create ads for all of the different social media platforms - from FB, IG to eventually LinkedIn, Youtube, Google Ad Network, etc. Our clients are Raving Fans and Refer their friends to us, because we are always getting better and delivering so much value.
*** Worst Case Result of Us Working Together: My time and yours has been wasted. We have to stop. We can't onboard any new clients, because we have to find someone else to do this.
*** Success Criteria
1. You bring answers, not questions
2. You coordinate with clients & find the BEST way to source their media FOR THEM (from their FB or Instagram Pages, taking reviews from Yelp, etc)
3. We have a 90% approval rate on ads sent to the client for approval on 1st try.
4. You show creativity in your ads
5. The ads are created, approved and scheduled at least 4 weeks in advance.
6. Reports of ads are sent to me and client: what ads ran, what ads are running, what ads are scheduled to run.
7. Client is sent link of ad when it's running or before.
8. When new ads are needed, you repeat the process without prompt from me. You take ownership of this process.

Resourceful: You are looking for better ways to re-use the content we already have innew ads and new platforms.
*** RESULTS: As we're growing 10x, you’ll always want to look for ways to do things faster, easier, cheaper, and bigger.
Faster: You find faster ways to (1) get the content, (2) create the ads, (3) schedule & get approval for ads)
Easier: You find easier ways yo source the ads and create new ads
Cheaper: You find cheaper ways to create lots of ads and schedule them to FB & IG
Better: You are always looking for better ways to optimize our process
*** BEING A HERO: This section clearly defines the team member’s four areas of responsibility.
These are your most important areas of focus and the actions I want to see in each one.
Sourcing Content: Find ways to get and create new "personal" content ads that is (1) easy for clients and (2) able to be created in batches for you.
Creating Ads: Use your creativity in creating great, catchy, memorable and timely ads with photos, text and videos
Getting Approval: Make it where clients LOVE how easy it is to approve ads. We incorporate feedback and this process keeps getting better.
Schedule Ads: Ads are created and scheduled at least 4 weeks in advance. There's an automated report that shows (1) what ads have run, (2) what ads are running, and (3) what ads are scheduled to run. BONUS: This report is sent to the client with their ads only and me
*** DRIVES OTHERS CRAZY: This describes how you can get into trouble. By clarifying and sharing the ways someone can “drive me crazy” up front, we'll reduce or eliminate these behaviors and help you stay out of the danger zone. These are the four ways you can get into trouble with me and descriptions for each one.
Open File Syndrome: This is when you go quiet and I don't hear from you or know your progress. I have to 'think' and 'wonder' what is going on.
Misspelling and sloppy communication with client: You do not spell check communication before communicating with the client. The communication looks sloppy, does not have consistent or proper
