Amazon Virtual Assistant + Customer Support

Hours: 44 hours a week – Monday thru Friday – 8 hours a day. Saturday, Sunday – 2 hours a day

Looking for an excellent customer support/virtual assistant with all round skills from English writing/speaking to SEO and Social Media Marketing. If you are a self starter, with high attention to detail and excellent written and verbal english skills then we'd like to hear from you.

Skills required:

- Excellent English: reading, writing, listening and speaking
- Extensive customer service experience is a huge plus
- Experience with Amazon is a huge plus
- Have a can do attitude and is willing to work in different things at the same time.
- Strong ability to follow directions
- Strong ability to document daily work
- Organized and responsible as you'll be required to sole manage a number of different tasks and areas of the business
- Focused, Fast Learner
- High attention to detail
- Knowledge of Excel, Word and Google Docs
- Strong sense of accountability and responsibility
- Must have his/her own computer with full internet connection, webcam and microphone for Skype use

Tasks:

- Extensive Customer Support, written and telephone (as required) always having an attitude of “Customer is always right”
- Contacting bloggers
- Replying to customer feedback
- SEO/Link building
- Daily reporting of task completed and issues encountered
- Documenting work flows and processes, ensuring all information is backed up
- New product research
- Editing wordpress posts
- Curating content
- Facebook marketing

We would like to know if you have any experience with the tasks listed above. It is not essential that you have experience as training will be provided. However, it is of utmost importance have all the skills listed above.
