Customer Service/Sales Representative

Hello! We’re a growing digital marketing agency looking for a customer service/sales representative to join our team.

Duties and responsibilities but not limited to:
- customer service
- follow up
- cold calling
- appointment setting
- email outreach
- data entry

The ideal sales team member will have the following:
- GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE VOICE (no accent)
- Proven customer service experience
- Enthusiastic and serious about their work
- Great oral and written English skills
- Excellent ability to self-manage
- Highly motivated and passion for learning
- Access to a high-speed internet connection at home
- A good quality headset and microphone to use
- Ability to work from 9 AM to 5 PM (EST)
