Project Manager for E-commerce

Oversee overall operations of teams that are managing product development and launch, logistics, and marketing
Maintain and develop a talented, reliable and productive team with the capacity to serve multiple e-commerce brands
Performance manage key team members, assigning and directing work, and reviewing performance
Develop, document and continually update optimized systems and processes for an efficient operation, primed for scale
Work collaboratively to set ambitious yet achievable strategic plans and targets

Person Specification:
Proven experience in Project Manager role or equivalent including people management
Need experience with Amazon Operations
In-depth knowledge of diverse business functions (e.g. finance, HR, customer service. Marketing would be a bonus.)
Extremely reliable and committed
Excellent organizational and leadership abilities
Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
High level of attention to detail
Excellent communication and people skills
Experience of online working desirable
Experience of remote team management desirable
Knowledge / experience of e-commerce sector desirable
