Delphi programmer/Scripter

Short-term project - We need a Delphi programmer/Scripter to generate a Script that interacts with existing Delphi code.

The Scripter will create code that receives an XML as input. The scripter would need to use the existing Delphi code where all objects are already defined with their available procedures and attributes, attributes that will be modified depending on the input library. the Script will output a Binary file as the end result, using the existing object's procedures to generate the Binary file.

Requirements
-Bachelor's degree in Computer Science (or related field) or equivalent years of experience in a software development environment developing Delphi applications
-Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment
-Ability to figure out hard problems faster than your peers
-You can come up with creative ideas to technical problems - ie. creative workarounds, clever architectures, etc.
