As our PH Country Manager, you will be responsible for managing and expanding an existing customer success team, tasked with inbound sales calls, running online demos and closing sales leads.

You must possess a strong attention to detail, have excellent written and verbal communication skills, and the maturity to lead a growing team.

Crucially, you must love providing exceptional customer interactions to bring a smile to our customers all over the world.


Responsibilities and Duties:

- Operation Hours will be Monday to Friday, 9am-6pm, US Eastern Standard Time

- Coach and motivate a team of customer success agents.

- Report on team performance on a weekly basis.

- Respond to customer service-related issues and sales inquiries via email in a timely, accurate and professional manner.

- Research and resolve questions and assist the department with all customer related initiatives.

- Improve the quality of the customer interaction and data on a daily basis.

- Manage and escalate customer satisfaction issues.
Assist department to meet/exceed all department metrics (e.g. Customer Signups, Churn Rate etc).

- Manage time and company resources appropriately.

- Ensure processes are followed accordingly.

- Lead outbound sales calls.

- Close inbound sales leads.
