JOB DESCRIPTION
-Manage quality, bug fixes, and enhancement requests
-Develop modules for use for Internet applications
-Analyze requests, define uses cases, and provide a level of effort estimate to the management team
-Tackle challenges and develop solutions to meet requests
-Write quality code and interfaces
-Build custom web services
REQUIREMENTS
- Ability to analyze/understand the existing code structure
-Play a key role during design sessions and provide workable technical solutions as needed
-Plan and manage Quality Assurance Processes (bug fixes, service requests, enhancement requests, etc).
Highly-valued skills and experience would include a history of:
-Having built medium- to large-scale software from scratch as a member of a team (from conceptualization to deployment)
-Prior experience in prototyping new or unfamiliar frameworks/technologies
-Solid foundation on data structures and algorithms, and has written code in multiple programming languages especially Nodejs, MongoDB, Java, and Javascript
 
-Knowledge and familiarity with different best practices and design patterns
-Having worked with other team members to develop and maintain complex web applications
-Maintain existing applications and services
-Deploy applications and services
- knows how to engage or utilize a database
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
-Proficient in Javascript especially with NodeJS framework
-Have a background with NodeJS, MongoDB (and Java)
-Able to work under pressure
-Have a background with MeteorJS / ReactJS (is a plus)
-Have knowledge of Linux environment
-Knowledgeable as a full stack developer
