Looking to hire a number of high-achieving Sales Professionals throughout the U.S, to join our fast-growing, dynamic organization, to train as a :

"BUSINESS LOAN BROKER"

You must be able to demonstrate a strong record of sales (preferably phone, consultative sales).

Description

? Make outbound calls and receive inbound calls to new leads as needed; qualify leads
? Introduce potential clients to Lions Financial Group, their products and the financing process.
? Send/receive Initial Disclosure Package to/from Borrowers
? Complete follow-up calls to borrowers to ensure the return of signed documentation
? Set up phone appointments with interested applicants and underwriters
? Utilize systems for maintaining product knowledge, registering loans accurately, and managing the pipeline
? Understand and articulate financial calculations and current rate/pricing
? Use excellent follow-up skills to ensure targeted conversion rates are met
? Partner with underwriting team to ensure the seamless transfer of files
? Monitor and update reports as needed
