Facebook Linked-In Craigslist Lead Generation

Hello,

This position will require two types of tasks:

1. We are seeking an experienced person with lead generation through Facebook, Linked-In, Craigslist, Twitter, and other real estate websitesFinding real estate brokers connecting with them and then send them to us.

2. This position will also require you to understand simple calculations, data research, and analysis to evaluate a deal after scraping real estate property listing websites.

Skills you'll need::
-fluent English speaking and writing-great writing and communication through email, messages, -
experience with generating leads through social media
-once In a while talking over the phone if we need to reach a person we can't get a hold of
-ability to do basic analysis of a potential lead
-big plus if you have experience with real estate, simple deal, and market analysis, 
-strong attention to details

Most of the job will require to set appointments through social media.
for the lead analysis, we will provide the video and guidance on how and where to research the web, and checking matching criteria for analyzing the right deal, through real estate listings for Mobile Home Parks online.
This position will start as part-time (4 hours a day) M-F to build up to full time.
