Rockstar E-commerce Virtual Assistant

Hi there! We are looking for a full-time virtual assistant who is experienced in eCommerce to upload products, create descriptions, source images, and more. We need someone who is detail-oriented, smart, and willing to go the extra mile.

This is a long-term position that will have opportunities to grow in the future.

Job Flow Includes:
• Understanding product sheets
• Uploading products to Shopify
• Product listings creation and editing, sourcing images, writing descriptions, etc
• Creating collections, updating navigation and menus
• Updating and keeping track of data in Excel sheets

Requirements:
• 2+ years of experience with eCommerce, internet marketing, and/or Shopify product descriptions
• Fast, reliable internet connection and computer
• Love of learning about new brands, new industries, and new products
• Mastery of the English language, excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Detail-oriented and reliable
• Ability to use critical thinking skills
• Great attention to detail, deadlines, and accuracy with minimum supervision
• Teamwork & collaboration skills - ability to work with the best, while giving your best

Additionally, we will have additional work for you to do such as content writing or responding to emails in the future. You need to understand and work well in startup culture - you’re able and willing to take on all sorts of tasks and responsibilities. You understand that things change quickly & we need to be agile.
