Role and responsibilities:
• Globally responsible for the company’s brand message and reputation
• Directly or indirectly drive revenue growth through marketing activities
• Set goals, create, implement and manage the company’s marketing strategy to achieve these
• Provide tools and resources to sales and channel partners
• Drive channel partner leads through various online and offline channels
• Drive direct online sales through the website and other online channels
• Responsible for hands-on production of creative assets and collateral, with a focus on digital
• Regularly report on marketing KPIs
• Build a detailed budget and forecast based on the Cost of Acquisition and Customer Lifetime Value in partnership with the CFO
• Over time, build a committed, collaborative marketing team (on-shore and with low-cost offshore providers)
• Negotiate and keep an up-to-date events calendar across Australia and the UK
• Responsible for quality control of communications and customer experience.
• Prepare a one-page structured marketing report monthly
