Oneness is an epic virtual festival with over 60 speakers from around the world specialized in the areas of conscious entrepreneurship, healthy living, spirituality and tantra. We have a mission to make a positive impact on people’s lives and we are looking to hire several ROCKSTAR virtual assistants to help us in the following key areas.

Please note: this job description will be split between 2-3 people, so when you respond to this application, please mention everything you feel you can take complete ownership of and don’t worry about anything on the list that you’re not able to take control of. Tasks
* Manage weekly Email Campaigns to speakers and attendees in the lead up to the festival. You will work with the Director of Content & Community on planning email correspondence and managing csr. You will be expected to take ownership of the emailing process. Native English copywriting skills not required for this task but strong organizational skills are key.
* Setup sales navigator profile on 3 linked in accounts. 2 personal and 1 for Oneness festival. Reach out to 50 ppl/day per account.
*Instagram & Facebook. Create value-driven content to solicit engagement in Facebook groups. Go to personal profiles on Instagram tied to particular audience and send out DM’s, up to 50/day
* Stay motivated daily and take consistent action to funnel audiences from other facebook groups into our facebook groups and drive traffic to Instagram page.
* Research and select hashtags for our Instagram posts.
* Separate and categorize outreach based on target ---------- /Europe, USA, Australia. Create lists.

Previous experience a KEY REQUIREMENT. While we appreciate your willingness to learn, we will not be able to consider people who don’t already have significant experience in these areas. We are looking for highly motivated individuals to perform these tasks. Those who are able to suggest additional outreach strategies will be looked upon more favorably.
