Cold Caller / Appointment Setter - Base pay + BONUS

We are looking for an appointment setter that will work on a base pay plus bonus for every appointment set that shows up, as well as a bigger bonus if we close deals from appointments you set.

If the appointment shows up, then you get paid an extra $2 for each one. If we close a deal from an appointment you set, that's an EXTRA $30. This is extra, on-top of your base salary.

EXAMPLE: If you set for example 30 appointments per week, and 20 of them show up, that's: $520, and if we close two deals per week from appointments you set, that would be $820 for the month.

We have certainly seen people go higher than this though.


All you have to do is set up the appointments and then we close them.

The appointments you set must be well qualified and know that they've booked an appointment. You must maintain a working schedule of the appointments and then we do the rest!

You can make as much as you desire, as long as you have the skills. We usually see appointment setters getting 3-10 appointments per day.


Requirements:

- Must speak fluent English.

- Looking for someone full time (USA time).

- We will provide the predictive dialer software (Calltools).

- Must have all equipment (Stable internet, PC, headset).

- Must have prior phone sales experience and understand how to handle objections.

- Must be a great communicator and able to hold a conversation.

- Must be willing to learn and take feedback well.

We have a sales script available, but ideally we will also expect a skill set and experience to know how to reply ---------- te: Our prospects are based in the US, so calls will need to be made within their timezone.
