The Helpdesk IT Technician requires both proven experience with technology and outstanding personal communication skills. Our clients are easygoing and fun to work with. You must be able to do documentation and time-entry in our ticketing system. A positive, service-oriented personality is a must!

• Windows Desktop Support: 5 years minimal
• Mac IOS a
• Mac OSX: a
• Ticketing System experience a +
• Microsoft Office 365 Support a +
• Organization skills a MUST
• Excellent Communication skills (written/verbal) a MUST
• PowerShell scripting skills a +
• Microsoft Azure skills a +
• Amazon AWS skills a +
• Backup System experience a +
• Cisco Meraki a +
• Microsoft Windows Server skills a +
