JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for an administration assistant to support our property, leasing, development and franchising team. This will be a varied role. You will look after all admin, filing, CRM, placing ads on recruiting sites, managing applications, permits and licencing, tracking expiry of leases and agreements, coordinating activities and conducting detailed research. You will also monitor compliance and do periodic auditing of our records.

Most importantly you will be a valuable support to our team in a fast moving team and be willing to jump in and support. You will also assist with email and service desk management.

You will need superior Microsoft Office Skills, the ability to prioritise and communicate. You should also be great at technology and willing to use various platform such as Gap Maps, lease eagle, CRM, recruitment platforms and 3rd party listing pages. You should be willing to fall in love with Smartsheet.
