We are looking for an administration assistant to support our property, leasing, development and franchising team. This will be a varied role. You will look after all admin, filing, CRM, placing ads on recruiting sites, managing applications, permits and licencing, tracking expiry of leases and agreements, coordinating activities and conducting detailed research. You will also monitor compliance and do periodic auditing of our records.

You should also be great at technology and willing to use various platform such as Gap Maps, lease eagle, CRM, recruitment platforms and 3rd party listing pages.
