JOB OVERVIEW

A leading online marketing agency is looking for a bright and dedicated search engine optimization specialist to join our team. This person would be responsible for managing and executing multiple search strategies on behalf of our clients and would report directly to the SEO Teams and Manger. This person would need to understand search marketing for a variety of different businesses (from Dental, Podiatry, Optometry, Orthopedics etc.) be able to execute measurable campaigns, work independently, but also coordinate with members in overlapping departments (i.e. Account Executives, Social Media Specialists, Content Writers, Technical Specialists, etc.) Please apply with subject line SEO Specialist.

Responsibilities:
• On Page SEO
• Review and analyze client websites, analytics, webmaster tools and recognize areas for improvement.
• Develop keyword research and analysis.
• Work with Account Executive team to understand and develop new marketing goals.
• Build and execute link-building strategies to enhance off-page SEO.
• Manage on-page efforts and work with the technical team to update and enhance Meta titles, descriptions, keyword density, alt tags, etc.
• Stay up to date with SEO blogs and best ---------- sired Skills and Experience
• 1-3 years’ experience with in-house or agency SEO encouraged.
• Excellent organizational skills, ability to manage multiple clients / projects effectively and independently.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Excellent writing skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft suite, including excel, Google docs, etc.
• Strong understanding of Google Analytics and Webmaster Tools.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Ability to use critical thinking and problem solving.
• Basic knowledge of online marketing (SEO).
• Basic knowledge of HTML, web hosting, web design, & other related technologies.
• Experience using Adobe Dreamweaver
• Must be reliable, hard-working, and motivated to advance career and move up in a growing company.
• BA/BS in Marketing, Business, Communications or related field.
