JOB OVERVIEW

We dropship products to eBay from Walmart, Home Depot and other suppliers. Hundreds of products are ordered and customers need to be serviced via messaging. Provided will be access to inkFrog software to make work go quickly.

The first two weeks will be a training period - you will be evaluated to ensure you are able to complete the assigned task.

If hired, you will be expected to work 4 hours a day, 5 days a week. The hours are flexible; you can work any time a day if work is completed within 24 hours. Pay is $2 an hour. The goal is to bring hours up to full-time within a reasonable time frame (once job completion/tasks are proven).

Please answer these questions, in this format:

1. What experience do you have? Do you know how to deal with customer escalations; general questions, leaving feedback, open eBay cases, refunds, returns, replacements with or without scripts - if needed (depending on the issue) and or contact shipping companies if needed for delayed courier time instances?
2. Have you ever used AutoDS or inkFrog for integration with eBay messaging, etc.?
3. Do you know how to research, list or process orders via suppliers?
4. What suppliers has your previous client used?
5. Have you held the title as eBay 'Store Manager' and if so, how many other members of the team did you oversee?
6. What is your favorite movie?
