Registered Medical Technologist

Perform different routine special examinations/procedures in the assigned section.
Analyses and interprets the results of complex scientific test on blood and bodily fluids.
Prepares laboratory reports / results and releases such to concerned patients / relatives
Responsible in the preventive maintenance and troubleshooting of machine and equipment on time of duty.
Monitors proper processing, handling and storage of specimen.
Responsible in the efficient filing and keeping of results in the assigned section
Responsible in the inventory and evaluation of good quality reagents.
Maintains and controls the cleanliness and orderliness of the department.
Performs other duties as may be assigned from time to time
Perform test screening for Drug Test.
Keep records of results and inventory of stocks.
Submits and/or reports positive results for confirmatory testing.
Perform Biometrics for Drug Test patients.
Ensures that Drug test kits used are validated by DOH.
Follows protocol for chain of custody.
