Account Managers / Customer Service Reps

About Us:
ADR Financial Group based in North Carolina, United States. We help people restore and rebuild their credit to help them get approved for financing such as a house, car, loans , etc.

We are looking for hard working customer service representative to help us manage our clients. Job role includes:
Inbound/Outbound Calling
Setting up New Clients in database
Collecting past due payment
Reaching out to clients for documentation/additional information.


Hours of Operation:
M-F 10 am to 6pm EST and Sat: 10am to 2 pm EST

Requirements:
Good English/Writing
High Speed Internet
Customer Service experience is a MUST
