This role will organize calendar management with effective prioritization, resolving scheduling conflicts as necessary.
The position will prepare, draft and edit project requirements, plans, contracts and related addenda.
This role will evaluate each project daily to make sure it’s on pace, and prioritize the product flow as needed.
This position is in charge of expanding and contracting the team as needed for each project (ie. writers, web developers, graphic designer, SEO, branding, sourcing, suppliers, etc.)
This position will run daily 15 minute stand up meetings to make sure we are focused and moving forward on the right project item. Making sure we are tracking the following:
- What was accomplished since the last daily standup
- What is going to be accomplished before the next stand up?
- What is holding them back from accomplishing their tasks?
This position is for a person who:
- Has experience hiring, firing and building multiple virtual teams.
