The Web Designer, SEO, Remote Technical Online Expert is responsible for providing effective and engaging website development, robust placement ensuring top tier placement in searches as well as assisting with online content, strategy, and online ads.

About the job: We’re looking for a web developer who is also a technical SEO expert to work on our DCDS and partner websites, website development, and blogs. You’ll be responsible for building websites as well as optimizing website traffic by conducting the technical audits, analysis, and implementation of technical recommendations to help maximize website page speed, uncover and remedy web crawling issues, analyze JavaScript rendering, and more. We’re a mobile-first company, so you must be a subject matter expert in technical and local SEO for desktop and mobile.

We primarily use SquareSpace for our websites as well as Kartra, Kajabi, and Upgrade to see actual infomunication is a big part of the job; you’ll need to lead and collaborate internally as well as across our organization and get things done - quickly and efficiently. We’re looking for a Web Designer and SEO expert passionate about disrupting an industry and helping our brands increase their profit.

The work hours have some flexibility, however, the part-time hours must overlap during our core hours of 8 am to 6 pm - East Coast Time - Washington, DC - USA. The workweek is standard Monday to Friday - Washington, DC - USA

It is important you are able to handle many items coming at you and be quick and able to adapt to prioritize as well as set appropriate timelines for the team. We are a small group taking on big tasks!
