PROJECT MANAGER

- Recruiting and leading the project staff
- Developing and maintaining a detailed project plan/manual.
- Managing project deliverables in line with the project plan/manual
- Recording and managing project issues and escalating where necessary.
- Monitoring project progress and performance
- Documentation; inventory, checklist, plantila, photos, post evaluation.
- Providing status reports to the accounts / client per activation day.
- Managing project training within the defined budget.
- Field work within different areas Nationwide depending on the project scope of work
