This position requires the associate to speak with the prospect at the appointment and provide them a quote of the services for which they require assistance and to ask the right questions. The goal is to close the lead and convert them to a client. This person will receive training from the SEO on how to listen to the lead, answer their questions, provide a proposal and close a deal. This person will also provide a contract to the person and have them sign it. Once the client is signed, the orientation of the client process will begin.
