We now have new headquarters located in Arlington, Texas and have an exciting opportunity for an Onboarding Assistant to join the team. (and you can live anywhere in the world!).

HERE IS WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
This is a contract to full-time position in the Thrive Onboarding Team. This position will assist the Onboarding Manager and Specialists with the client onboarding process while focusing on successful setup, management, and client delight. The Onboarding Assistant will help to ensure that a smooth and timely onboarding takes place after the sale and that the clients experience a high-level of customer service during and after the sale.

HERE IS WHAT YOU WILL DO:
Work efficiently on assigned tasks by the Onboarding Manager and Specialists.
Assist with setting up internal documents and folders.
Assist with setting up projects for the client accounts within our project management ---------- et or exceed task deadlines and budgeted hours. If deadlines or budgeted hours will not be met, communication with the team is expected before the fact.
Participate in daily update meetings with the Onboarding Manager.
Thrive Team Collaboration: Ongoing communication with Onboarding Team on tasks, timelines, and results.
Will need to communicate rapidly and effectively with all parties involved in projects.
Be flexible and able to take on other tasks or projects that may be needed with a small team

HOURS:
Work Hours: Contractor should plan for enough work for 8 hours a day. The contractor will be available to the Onboarding Manager as requested for meetings and any urgent requests.
Billable Hours: Expected to keep accurate track of billable hours with detailed notes on all tasks billed in Thrive’s project management application. (Focused and efficient work is expected)
Work Location: Thrive expects contractors to have a quiet and dedicated workspace free from distractions and interruptions. The Contractor must provide his/her own high speed Internet, computer and any office furniture/supplies.
