You will be networking for deals in any way you can, such as MLS deals, FSBO deal, Craigslist deals networking with other wholesalers and getting contracts signed
Negotiate terms and conditions, and prepare and execute detailed contracts & agreements
Close sales and achieve both monthly and quarterly quotas
Achieve a successful lead conversion rate and high volume of deals
Cold Calling internet leads to market our services to them: must be extremely comfortable on the phone as making calls is required and it is an integral part of the ---------- nding and receiving emails
Creating a database with contact details
