Who are we?
Welcome to HOMEROOM!
We are start up that is focused on creating and renting out co-living spaces. We have rooms currently available in Kansas City, Dallas and Austin, with many more cities to come. The team is still small so anyone joining should be ready for explosive growth. Whomever is hired will have the chance to oversee other team members as the company grows, and will have incredible opportunities to grow with the company. If that wasn't enough, you will be trained and report directly to highly experienced individuals.
Work/life balance:
Enjoy being a truly valued member of a high-performing team. We do require that the hours be 9-5 CST, though over time we might be able to be more lenient on those hours.
The role:
You will be responsible to help with our:
1. Community engagements through stack (Communication platforms like viber/whatsapp)
2. Answer our intercom
3. Improve the set up of our intercom towards our tenants.
4. Using buildium, our property management software
Helpful Skills:
1. Being able to engage with different types of people from Kansas/Dallas/North Americans
2. Knowledgeable with Buildium will be an advantage
3. With previous experience in the same field with be a plus!
Must haves:
1. Charismatic
2. Strongly prefer willingness to only work for a single employer (us!)
3. People oriented
You must be proactive about suggesting improvement ideas for the department, and constantly looking to help others and evolve your personal knowledge. Though this job is largely data entry, we are anticipating this job evolving into more.
