Looking for a Inside Sales Agent with experience in the Real Estate industry to join our successful & growing TEAM.

Must have 1 or more years experience.
Job Description:

As an Inside Sales Agent (ISA) at The GK Realty Group, you will prospect for and acquire new clients on a daily basis from various inbound and outbound lead sources provided by The GK Group. You will assist in all aspects of the process of prospecting, cultivating, and setting appointments. You will obtain critical information about buyer / seller leads and schedule appointments with qualified leads for the Listing and/or Buyer Specialists.

Job Specific Skills:

1. Practices, memorizes, and internalizes scripts.

2. Ability to block out distractions and listen intently to the conversation that is occurring.

3. Creates a sense of comfort and familiarity with leads/clients and able to build rapport.

4. Excellent organizational and time management skills.

5. Organized, systematic, and detail-oriented.

6. Results-oriented and high achiever.

7. Basic understanding of computers and navigating the Internet.

8. Strong phone voice.

9. Willingness to spend 99% of workday on the phone.

10. Make 70-150 contacts per day calling on:

a. Expired/For Sale By Owners

b. Buyers

c. Past Clients / Database. Just Listed / Just Sold

f. Open Houses. Various other sources

11. Manage 50+ NEW leads each week and work through existing leads to convert into appointments.

12. Willing to be held accountable for goals/results of new leads.

13.Track weekly goals and progress.


Preferably Telemarketing experience.
