**MUST BE LOOKING FOR LONG TERM POSITION** THIS IS FOR SOMEONE WHO REALLY WANTS A SERIOUS JOB FOR A UK BASED COMPANY.
General Duties (Whilst these will be your main day to day duties you are not limited to this exclusively)
Answerings calls
Assisting callers and being to adequately their needs in order to help them further and or taking details to pass to the relevant team member
Making outbound calls to register "potential applicants" who have shown an interest in a property and wish to make a booking to view
Sending
Attending daily team meetings via Zoom or similar
Preparing and creating "tenancy documents"
Calling utility providers to register utilities
Adequately updating our property management software (Arthur Online)
Work Order Management - Dealing with issues that arise in properties
Dealing with upset or angry tenants
Tenancy Management
Arranging contractors to attend to maintenance requests
Chasing Quotes / Invoices
Being available via phone and WhatsApp during working hours
Ongoing Development/progress
To succeed in this role you will be required to retain and learn a lot of information of which full support shall be provided but you must be willing to learn.
Once you have settled into the role, we shall develop your KPIs (key performance indicators) to ensure that you are meeting and exceeding your requirements.
