Ongoing Bookkeeping

I need to hire a serious Bookkeeper for my Ltd company based in Hong Kong.

I run an ecommerce business on ebay/Amazon and other sites and need to present audited accounts to HK government every end of my fiscal year. End of September 2015.

Today I do Bookkeeping myself but it takes too long and I am not a specialist. I use Quickbooks pro 2014 descktop.
The person I will hire needs know among other tasks:
- how to represent amazon sales in my books,
- manage stocks inventory and COGS (total of 100 units on stock with 5 to 8 sku’s)
- manage in bookkeeping the stock returns,
- manage in bookkeeping refunds with paypal
- match actual accounts with my last audit report.
On end September 2015 I will present financial statement to my audit company based on your bookkeeping work.
To get an idea of the transaction volume note this is a small company with 5000USD turnover month and 100 sales a month.

How I want us to work :
I will send you weekly or monthly all my PDF purchase invoices, sales receipts amazon repports and paypal reports.
Based on this information you will:
- enter this data on QuickBooks software
- Link every transaction to a pdf document or traceable proof.
- Inform me if you see errors or need any invoice to match accounts. I need proactive help !

In the end of the financial year you will edit financial statements (trial balance, general ledger, stock valuation, P/L,...) in order to hand over to Audit company.
Also, when auditing period, audit firm ask me a lot of questions regarding proof of transactions,… therefore you will help me to respond any audit firm question.

As you see this is not full time work and not even a part time job. It will take only 10h month if followed seriously. The period of time that it will be intensive work is when I return my bookkeeping to audit firm.
