JOB OVERVIEW

Hello! We are looking for awesome results-driven and reliable, trustworthy virtual assistants to join our growing startup.
For this role we need: An experienced VA and Content Writer/Manager. Experience with ClickUp (or similar) is preferred.

You will be paid on a monthly retainer - with opportunities to earn more!

Some content creation responsibilities you may do:
- Emails, newsletters to subscribers
- Writing social media posts
- Getting content reviewed by client and editing them accordingly
- Keyword research
- Writing, rewriting and editing blog posts / guest posts
- Sending alerts and updates via emails, social media channels, group
- Writing content for Facebook group
- Writing emails, short communications, messages for outreach
- Write sales scripts / create templates based on client's instructions
- Written communications (up to 300 words: As and when a new request is placed, should be delivered within 24 hours of placing the request)

Content management responsibilities:
- Creating and managing content calendar
- Ensure content is published on time according to content calendar
- Coordinating with freelancers and ensure they turn in content on time and as per directions
- Tracking feed through a feed reader or email inbox or other sources
- Topic selection, populating content calendar/pipeline, topic suggestion
- Mapping out future campaigns in timelines, managing, steering them
- Booking interviews, guest posts
- Task management
- Contact lifecycle / relationship management
- Scheduling/ Publishing approved content accordingly

You should be:

* Be able to work quickly
* Excellent oral and written communication skills in English
* Highly organized and can handle a few clients at once (we promise not to overload you, though)
* Reliable and trustworthy with sensitive/confidential information
* Open and honest with a willingness to learn
* Strong writing/editing skills

Requirements:
- 1+ Years of experience as a Content Virtual Assistant or similar role
- Bachelor's degree or higher
- Willingness and ability to work from home full-time
