Drupal Commerce Developer w/ Graphics Experience

Have several websites that need to be built with Drupal, one of which is to be based on Drupal Commerce. LAMP server will also need to be configured, and SSL certificates used.

Additional knowledge of life sciences & terminology would be preferred.
Additional knowledge of Adwords preferred as well.
