Support Staff for Online Publishing Company

Job brief

We are looking for competent support staff to join our team and support our daily operation procedures.

A successful Support Staff will handle the processing of acknowledging payments along with assigning projects to the team, sending completed projects, and follow up clients. If you pass the support performance evaluation, you will be trained in a higher position (with a higher salary grades).

The ideal candidate must be computer savvy, has a backup desktop/laptop and internet access, willing to be trained, and committed to a long term job.

Responsibilities

Assume the responsibility of acknowledging payments
Manage the status of the task
Acknowledges customer forms
Assign projects to the production
Send completed projects from production to the customer
Follow up clients with the lacking documents necessary to start the projects
Prepare regular reports for production and the end of the shift
Assist production needed files whenever needed

Requirements

Proven experience in data entry, customer, email, and sales support
Results-driven and patient
Willingness to render overtime
Great attention to detail and trustworthiness
Proficiency in English (both oral and written)
Fast typing skills
Excellent knowledge of word processing tools and spreadsheets (MS Office Word, Excel, etc.)
Must have extra desktop/laptop and internet access back up
Has office worked inexperienced or relevant field; experienced VA is a plus

Compensation
$300/month (paid bi-monthly thru PayPal)
Paid Leaves
Social Benefits (SSS and PhilHealth)
Two (2) rest days a week
Year-End Bonus
