You are the right candidate if you:
-Can write and understand English very well
-Can analyze the competition and write ads that will stand out
-Can setup multiple ad groups and multiple ads to help optimize the campaign
-Can strategize and come up with laser targeting to help narrow down the market
-Is familiar with and use conversion pixels
-Knows about the various ad sizes needed for Facebook
-Can understand numbers and metrics
-Can manage campaigns to get our clients better results
-Are reliable and can give daily updates through our project management system
-Can work at least 40 hours per week with only our company
-Can put borders around images, perform basic photoshop tasks (resizing, cropping, etc.) and pick out highly converting photos from stock photography sites
-Have experience in setting up and managing campaigns on a local business level, national level in the United States, and for some products worldwide level
-Can communicate via skype
-Can create requirements for what you would specific landing pages to look like
-Ideally you have experience with LeadPages.net for landing pages or can create requirements for our web team to create a custom landing page when needed.
