Reliable game designer needed for our Florida-based Health Startup

Are you are a self-starter and want to work on converting real-life scenarios into a game, you are in the right place?
Our company based in Florida is manufacturing products in the Health/Therapy industry and is working to expand and improve our mobile app function. We are looking for a mobile game designer to add to the team. The person we're looking for will work end to end, from designing the concept of the game to the actual game design for our product "Squegg" ( ---------- ).

Requirements:
- Create elegant and intuitive user experiences by incorporating user insights, business requirements, and technical constraints.
- Quickly and iteratively create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, high fidelity mockups with detailed visual design specifications for mobile, and web interfaces throughout the design
- Experience in conceptualizing and designing games for the elderly, kids, and therapy individuals is a plus
- Minimalist approach towards games and exercises
