~Facilitating Credit repair consultations
~Processing credit repair dispute letters
~Taking incoming calls from our clients assisting with their credit questions and needs
~Providing a complete analysis of a client profile and credit score while maintaining the highest level of customer service
~MUST know how to use Credit Repair Cloud
~MUST know how to freeze secondary credit bureaus
~MUST speak and understand English well
