Multifamily Real Estate Lead Generation Specialist

I am a real estate agent looking for a Lead Generation Specialist to cold call and follow up with multi-family real estate leads. The goal of these calls is to get listings, generate off-market leads, and/or increase our buyers list. Must be energetic, well-spoken, and eager to close sales and increase ---------- pensation:
$4-$7 per hour, plus a $200 bonus for closed deals.
12-15 hours per week

Responsibilities:
• Cold calling; you will be on the phone for 2-3 hours a day making outbound calls to potential clients
• Understanding client needs and offering solutions and support
• Prospecting and qualifying potential leads
• Creating and maintaining a list/database of prospect clients
• Presenting and delivering information to potential clients
• Answering potential client questions and follow-up call questions
• Tracking weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance and sales metrics
• Maintaining database (CRM and Google Sheets) of prospective client information

Qualifications:
• Comfortable making cold calls and talking to new people
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; the ability to call, connect and interact with potential customers
• Persuasive and goal-oriented
• Possesses an energetic, outgoing, and friendly demeanor
• Self-motivated and self-directed
• Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
• Tenacity to handle rejection and continue with a positive attitude when reaching next potential client
• Ability to work independently and be flexible

• MUST HAVE Previous experience in Real Estate outbound calling, inside sales experience, or related sales experience preferred
