Full-time SEO Expert

Looking for a full-time SEO expert to help with on-page SEO optimize (with an emphasis on natural readability and not keyword stuffing). Must have experience with ethical, white-hat only off-page SEO link building. Must be up-to-date on CURRENT SEO trends and not what worked 2-years ago. Must have deep knowledge of best SEO tools (SEMRUSH, LongTailPro, etc.)
