Assistant Manager Position

A combination of 3 small family owned cleaning companies based in Brisbane (same owner). We work with Commercial cleaning, After Renovation, Bond Cleaning and Housekeeping services and are looking for someone for the Assistant Manager Position.

The daily tasks include:
• Answer calls, SMS and emails in a timely and efficient manner.
• Ask information about the services required by our clients and partners (all details such as access details are vital).
• Make, organise, manage and confirm weekly agendas.
• Schedule all cleaning jobs in our agenda, according to regular services and new ones.
• Assign services to cleaning teams.
• Offer our wide range of services to existing customers and possible new ones. It is important to keep an eye open for sales opportunities.
• Follow up all daily services, their proper completion, ask for feedback and liaise between a cleaners and clients.
• You will need to make sure services are done on time, client’s expectations are met, instructions are clearly given to cleaners, report any issues immediately, ask for feedback and payment at the end of each service.
• Make reports of completed services.
• Provide proper customer service.
• Send quotes and invoices for services to do and completed.
• Follow up with payments.
• Manage social media and website updates.
• Offer our services and promotions to previous and existing customers.
• Coordinate keys pickup and return of cleaning services between cleaners and clients.
• Undertake selling tasks such as online sales, look for new clients, offer our services.
• Calculate hours worked by cleaners during the week and amount earned.
