If you’re a talented web developer with at least five years experience, looking to jump to the next level and take a leadership role then you’ll want to read this entire message.

You must be able to show high level HTML and VERY strong CSS skills
You will be able to work in html at a code level with or without a cms

You must be ready to spend at least 30-50% of your time on team/project management, systems and admin, and be looking to grow the business and build it into a world leading development company, working on our platforms, systems and team development. You will be liaising with our top marketing team who can generate a huge volume of work for you and your team to complete.

You will also of course have huge experience and excellent top end web development skills in standalone HTML coding, theme setups and WordPress development. These will be tested as part of the recruitment process.

You will possess the following:
1. Be talented, creative, reliable, efficient and skilled in the latest web technology
2. Your portfolio must have AT LEAST 10 websites you have worked on, the more samples the better.
3. Knowledge in CSS3, html5 and responsive sites is essential
4. Excellent Graphic Design Skills are a plus but not essential, although you will be good at critiquing work and spotting layout problems.
5. Be ready to follow and learn many project management systems such as teamwork and reporting systems
6. Be a proactive team player who can keep regular hours (but we can offer some flexibility here)
7. Prepared to do multiple tasks every day as we may give you many bits and pieces from different websites. (e.g. 30-minute task to fix a client’s site, 20-minute task to add content, 5-hour cut-up)
8. Ideally available during the day (Australia and PH time)
9. Excellent communication skills – important when reporting and coordinating with the rest of the team, excellent internet connection and able to talk via skype to other team members

Responsibilities:
1. Coordinating, delegating and training other team members
2. Preparing documentation -training procedures, quotes, reports
3. Strong project management and problem solving abilities, able to rapidly solve roadblocks
4. Absolute dedication to putting systems in place to achieve the highest quality possible including taking personal responsibility to repair or restore any major issues on client sites immediately at all hours.....this is a 24 hour responsibility....but good systems and management should be put in place by you to minimize issues
5. PSD to HTML cutup into responsive sites using bootstrap and similar frameworks
6. Experience with parralax effects and various JavaScript libraries
7. Creating web forms and embedding on client sites



What We’re Offering
- Permanent position from 120-160 hours per month
- Flexible hours starting . You set your own regular working hours
- Most tasks will have set timings and payments, based on our past experience.
- Starting wage during trial period (8 weeks) $5 per hour then 50c per month pay rises to $7 per hour
- quarterly pay rises once goal rate is reached of 50c -$2.50 per hour based on performance and business sales.
- Top rate available within three years $20 p.h. plus company shares for the right team leader who can take the business to the next level
