COMPANY INFO
This is a small and fast-growing, customer focused eCommerce store (online retail) selling pizza ovens and accessories. Our revenues in 2020 are more than double 2019’s.

We’re very busy. I need someone to take over the day-to-day operations so I can focus on growing the store.

JOB OVERVIEW
You’ll be responsible for running the store, starting with just a few tasks.

As you learn, you’ll gradually be in charge of most operations. We’ll train you on everything.

Main Responsibilities:
Customer service
Order management
Sales
Product management
Business process, some data entry

You’ll answer customer questions over phone, chat, and email. You’ll give quotes, take and coordinate orders, solve shipping problems, update spreadsheets, work with suppliers, etc.

On average, order management will take about 40-70% of your day.

PAY

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS
- Honest

- Fluent in English, near native speaker

- Type 50 WPM

Preferred:
- Customer service experience
- eCommerce experience

*REQUIRED - Internet: Fast, stable connection that is NOT interrupted
Work Environment: Be able to answer the phone quick at any time during business ---------- loud background noise - no coffee shops, children, dogs, etc.

WORKING HOURS
Full time position (40 hours/week): Working hours are Monday through Friday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM US Pacific Time with a lunch break.
