The LoveMarketers Digital Agency offers all aspects of online marketing, including Adwords, Conversion Optimisation, SEO and marketing focused website builds. We are experiencing high growth and need an ambitious person to to join our team as a senior marketer. This position has potential to rapidly develop into an Account Manager and project co-ordinator role with top benefits for the right person.

The most important skill we are looking for is excellent written and spoken English with a solid understanding of the basics of online marketing and a passion to develop your technical skills to the highest level. Agency Experience will be useful to any applicants. You need to be comfortable communicating directly with clients.

In depth Marketing Skills will help your application but any gaps in your knowledge will be developed rapidly and you will be put through professional certification in analytics and adwords if you do not already have these skills to a high enough level.

The ideal candidate loves learning how to improve website KPIs, SEO copywriting and analysing numbers, spreadsheets, and preparing reports. This is a position for a person with an outstanding analytical mind who thrives in a fast-paced dynamic environment, pays strict attention to detail, is quick to take initiative, and can synthesize complex data into comprehensive actionable insights, not afraid to talk directly to clients and work in a team.

Our team are very flexible and easy to get along with, we believe you should have the flexibility to set the hours you want to regularly work, but these would be regular each week, you tell us what suits you.


Flexible hours, Medical benefits and rapid promotion:
Permanent full time position; 120-160 hours per month, YOU set the working hours, but this must be your primary job and have your full focus.
Competitive starting rate depending on your experience, 3 monthly pay reviews, NO TOP PAY LIMIT.
You will start at a reasonable rate compared with your local agencies ($6-$7 p.h.) but if you perform well with quarterly performance reviews you can expect to earn double or triple the starting rate within 18 months.
We are looking for an ambitious person ready to work their way up to joining our leadership team and will reward the right person very well once they achieve this.

Someone who is happy to get their hands dirty and do the hard yards needed to become a top specialist in PPC, SEO and Conversion Optimisation.

What will you do?
Develop and implement core SEO strategies to improve organic ranking, drive traffic and leads to our client websites.
Copywriting with best practice knowledge for on-page and off-page copy to optimize site content to ensure maximum rankings for targeted keywords
Offer continuous website maintenance support to alter web pages and enrich SEO results.
Optimise and manage multiple SEO and other marketing campaigns, monitor & improve performance.
Conduct keyword research including industry trends and competitive analysis
Producing regular and ad-hoc reporting with insight analysis & recommendation of organic search performance and strategies based on quantitative data.
Using web analytics Tools: Google Analytics, Webmaster Tools and Other SEO software for opportunities identifying and problem diagnosing to improve website performance.
Internal training and client co-ordination if required.
Staying current with all search engine updates, manage and adapt to new search engine algorithm, SEO industry trends as well as emerging SEO technologies, opportunities and best practices.

You'd be a great fit for this role if:
