Job Description






Manage the day-to-day operations for a team of 6-7 people
Provide supervision and direction to ensure a highly motivated, quality-focused team
Monitor workloads and productivity
Conduct regular staff meetings to ensure company and department goals are me
Create and/or process all required reports
Additional tasks as required by the leadership team.


Qualifications



At least 5 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
at least 2 years of leadership experience is required
Was able to handle a team
Flexible and can work with less supervision
Ability to meet hiring goals within a fast-paced environment.
Amenable to work on a shifting schedule, extended work hours, holidays, and weekends
Knowledgeable about Microsoft offices such as but not limited to Excel, Word, and Powerpoint
