Job Description



Responsible for in-depth analysis of data for talent acquisition business needs and the design, development, and delivery of solutions to meet those business needs.
Focus on continuous process improvement, execution, and delivery.
Manage a team of recruiters who are in-charge of doing end to the end recruitment process
Deliver the needed number of hired teachers on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis
Coach, mentor, and evaluate team members’ performance on a regular basis
Calibrate with stakeholders to streamline processes, improve efficiency, and quality of output
Report directly to the head of recruitment and maintain an indirect line to the local head of operations
Spearhead and handle special projects when needed


Qualifications



At least 5 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Flexible and can work with less supervision
Ability to meet hiring goals within a fast-paced environment.
Amenable to work on a shifting schedule, extended work hours, holidays, and weekends
Knowledgeable about Microsoft offices such as but not limited to Excel, Word, and Powerpoint
