JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking someone with experience in managing multiple listings and posting items to platforms like: eBay, Mercari, Poshmark, Grailed, Depop, Kidizen, Facebook Marketplace, etc. while using our preferred cross posting tool called List Perfectly. List Perfectly will upload 90% of the data and pictures to all sites and the VA’s primary responsibility will be to finalize the remaining 10% of the posting information. Eighty percent (80%) of the listings will be primarily clothing and shoes however, general merchandise may also be included.

Job Requirements:

· Must have your own working computer.
· Preferably more than one monitor for your PC or Laptop.
· Must have high speed internet no compromise
· Must be willing to work 40 hours each week
· Must be willing to take direction and assignments, as requested
· Must communicate through Slack and Asana apps or other social media platforms.
· Must perform well as a team
· Must meet deadlines 100% of the time
· Must be willing to communicate and provide updates on listing progress or issues that arise.

Partner / Assistant / Individual (PAI) responsibilities include:

· Listing items to several e-commerce platforms such as eBay using the List Perfectly tool and photos uploaded to a cloud site, such as Dropbox or Google Drive.
· Optimize descriptions, titles, and other fields to increase sales.
· Put together an excel spreadsheet of sales, cost, dates, etc. for better inventory tracking and record mgmt.
· Must be hardworking, detailed, organized, efficient, able to work independently and interested in a long-term position.
· Must have some experience selling/posting listings on eBay and other online selling platforms; However, extra training will be provided.
· Understanding how to analyze sold listings and sales history
· Must keep spreadsheets of product research, orders, fees and profits up to date and accurate.
· Must complete 40 hours each week.
· Proficient in English (Especially in writing and descriptions)
· Experienced in providing customer service to potential buyers.
· Know and understand listing platform policies (such as eBay, Poshmark, Mercari, etc.
· Knows and understand PayPal policies and verification process.
· Complete and list 48 listings per day (Rough estimate of what we are expecting)
· Hours will be 8:00 AM - 8:00 PM (8 hours must be completed within that time) US Central DaylightTime : UTC/GMT -5 hours
· Brand and fashion knowledge in Women, Children and Men’s Clothes; Brand and fashion knowledge of shoes is a plus.
· General awareness of current fashion trends and hot items / brands.

WHAT WE PROVIDE:

· Starting pay 10-20,000/month Php salary
· Profit sharing will be considered after 3 months
· Pay on the 1st and 15th of every month
· One-week paid vacation each year
· National holidays off, paid
· 13th month bonus (starting in December 2020)
· 10% raise each year (On anniversary date)
· Work from home

Expectations:

Please be prepared to work at least 40 hours a week from the start. We may also ask you to work weekends w/ pay. The first month will be an evaluation month. If successful, you will be you will be invited to join our team for the long term.
