Data entry and scheduling

I repair appliances. I need an office assistant to input new job, update old jobs, do parts research, order parts, update my schedule and input pertinent data. Also spreadsheet development would be very useful as I don't know much about that. I have a very basic spreadsheet but would like to have it add daily and weekly as well as monthly totals
