FB Ads Specialist (Media buyer)

We are looking for a Residential Solar expert FB ad specialist (100?).

We are looking for a long-term relationship. We are a small team and we want to stay small. All members on our team are extremely resourceful and very effective at what they do. The media buyer we bring onboard now from this application will be the last addition to the team as we tighten our small team and focus on growth together. I am more interested in having a small team and paying them extremely well rather than having many team members and "cheaping" them down on pay.

- We are adding a good amount of clients each month so I am looking to add the right person to fit the team.
- We're looking for someone who is knowledgeable, honest, dependable and committed to delivering great results with experience in the residential solar niche strictly. The idea is to establish a long term relationship with you as a freelancer, making you part of the project team while you retain your independence.

- We are looking for someone who has sufficient availabilities for the task and is open to the idea of long-term collaboration. Strictly a freelancer on contract for longterm relationship and growth. Depending on experience, the monthly pay per client will also include potential bonuses on performance. Must have experience handling $3,000+ on a single account. Of all, commitment, dedication and focus to succeed is what we look for. We have had some bad experiences here before so there is no tolerance in this aspect.

- You will be responsible for setting up campaigns, managing them, optimizing to maximise ROAS, reporting and re-targeting. Basically the whole 9 yards within Fb ads for Solar.

This is a LONG TERM PERMANENT POSITION.

Qualified applicants must:

- Be comfortable working remotely as a freelancer and getting paid monthly.
- Be experienced in the set-up, launch, management and scaling of successful ad campaigns.
- Possess a successful track record with proof (Must show past results, LIVE no SCREENSHOTS!)
- Passionate about digital marketing
- Have excellent written English skills.
- Effective at communicating
- Has excellent organizational and time management skills
- Independent and self-motivated
- Excellent building client rapport
- Ability to use or quickly learn Solar specific CRM and marketing/lead technologies (we'll also show you what's working for us and together we can accomplish some really great media buying success together)
- Strong problem-solving skills with a solution-oriented focus
- Highest level of integrity and respect for others
- Fast and Responsive (VERY IMPORTANT!) - We utilize Slack for all communication
- Able to follow specific directions
- Very positive in your mindset
- Available to work in normal business operating hours of Eastern time zone only if need be
- Takes ownership of the media buying process to maximum effectiveness. This person has the drive and tenacity to achieve or exceed productivity, excellent with media buying and always hungry to improve and better their skills
- You must have a keen understanding of ad copywriting, lead generation, split-testing and audience building.

Any extra skills and experience is a PLUS (+$$$)
