JOB OVERVIEW

We're a real estate investing company looking a high energy and self- starting coordinator. We're based in TX, USA.

What we are looking for:

• English native language and Spanish speaking is a plus.
• Friendly demeanor, confident, self-starter who works well independently.
• Reliable, needs to be able to consistently show up to work
• Professional Phone etiquette
• Must have a strong internet connection along with a plug-in headset with noise cancelation
• A quiet working environment.

Must have real estate cold calling experience for at least 6+ months & experience using Xencall or Mojo Dailer.

Time commitment: 20-25 Hours per week.
Monday to Friday 11am - 3pm, 4pm - 8pm or 1-3:30pm weekend. All hours are central hours CST
Attend meetings as required. Team meeting is on Monday 8-9:30am

Extreme ownership on “No lead left behind” -- Meticulous follow up per policies and procedures
Customer satisfaction high.
