Internal Sales Agent (ISA) / Appointment Setter needed

Rapidly growing Social Media Advertising Agency consulting company based in The United States is seeking a motivated internal Sales Agent (ISA) / Appointment Setter to join our team as we’re increasing and growing our client roster. WE HAVE WARM LEADS, NO COLD CALLING!

This is a LONG TERM PERMANENT POSITION.

You must be…

The ideal candidate must have experience working at call centers for companies in the United States such as AT&T, Redbox or Real Estate Brokerage firms for 6+ months
Fluent In English (Written & Verbal)
Effective at communicating (Must to be able to LISTEN carefully and speak CLEARLY)
Has excellent organizational, time management, and follow-up skills
Practices, memorize, and internalize scripts
Enthusiastic with excellent people skills
Independent and self-motivated
Excellent building client rapport
Extremely strong phone skills
Ability to set and close appointments over the phone
Ability to use or quickly learn Solar specific CRM and marketing/lead technologies
Strong problem-solving skills with a solution-oriented focus
Highest level of integrity and respect for others
Proven leadership and motivational skills
Able to follow specific directions
Very positive in your mindset
Available 20-30 hours a week (Will become a full time position over the next few months)
Available 10am to 7PM Eastern time
The ideal candidate must have adequate knowledge of the Telemarketing Industry, is a fast learner, great memorization, passionate about achievement, draws energy from working with people, and takes ownership of the appointment setting process to maximum effectiveness. This person has the drive and tenacity to achieve or exceed productivity, appointment setting, and daily appointment setting targets while effectively assisting customers with their inquiries.

What will you be doing?

You will assist in all aspects of the process by cultivating and setting appointments in our contact management database system.

You will obtain critical information about homeowner leads and schedule appointments with qualified leads for the Solar Sales Reps

Must be able to distinguish the kinds of profiles of ideal customers for effective communication with the focus of qualification homeowners and setting quality appointments. (We will provide training on this)

Utilizing Slack for communication with the team

Admin tasks will evolve overtime as trust is built & you wilI be given more work

Attend daily team meetings
