JOB OVERVIEW

Please only apply if you have very relevant experience, as you will be required to 'hit the ground running' with this role.

You will be the main point of contact for clients, and roles will include:

• Being the primary point of contact for allocated accounts and ensuring excellent communication between our internal teams and all levels of client stakeholders
• Lead strategic campaign planning
• Management of website projects including planning, budgeting, overseeing, time-tracking and documenting all aspects.
• Ensuring all projects are delivered on time and within budget
• Ensure high standards of service are delivered to maximise client retention
• Monitor and communicate service levels and time spent on clients internally and externally
• Coordinate client requirements and clearly brief internal design, developer and marketing teams
• Facilitate direct communication between client and company experts when necessary
• Liaise with client to keep them informed on progress and ensure requirements are met
• Keep abreast of industry news, digital opportunities and client sector developments and competitor activity
• Proactively seek and exploit opportunities for business development and upselling using a consultative approach
• Maintain up to date customer information and contact records on the company's CRM system
• Attend, organise and lead quarterly review meetings
• Own and build client relationships, ensuring high standards of service are delivered at all times to maximise client retention Requirements
• Solid communication skills
• Excellent understanding of digital and general marketing strategy
• A ‘can do' attitude and plenty of initiative
• The skills to deduce and understand a client's wider business objectives and steer their strategy accordingly
• Excellent project management skills
• A background in managing efficient website builds
• A proven track record of building and growing client relationships
• A flexible approach to working to tight or changing client deadlines
• Ability to present and report back to clients on analytics and ideas
